The recorded data will be analyzed for the improvement of our Internet Services. If you order any informational, newsletters or brochures, we will ask for your name and other information. You may decide on your own if you want to give this information. It will be recorded on specially secured servers in Germany. The access is reserved to special authorized persons dealing with technical, commercial or editorial support or maintenance of the servers.
Privacy
Data that are kept as a result of a visit to EACC sites will only be transferred to third parties if this is obligatory under law or pursuant to a court order, or if the transfer is necessary for criminal or civil proceedings due to attacks on the EACC Internet infrastructure. We do not sell, rent or give away personal information to third parties for commercial or non-commercial purposes. If you order informational material, we will use your personal information only within the EACC and the companies who are contracted to undertake the printing and shipping. Personal data represents information on your identity, e.g. your name, e-mail or mailing address. Such data is only stored if you make this information available to the EACC, for instance, to order a publication.

The EACC uses your personal data exclusively for technical purposes in the administration of the web pages. It provides the means for enabling your access to information as well as other communications with you. The EACC will not provide your personal data to third parties or use it for any other purposes. EACC employees are committed to confidentiality.
